LCL to sue TV channel France 2 and production company Coyote Conseil

Following a report about banks in Envoyé Spécial, a television programme shown on Thursday 5 April, that impugned the reputation and image of LCL, the bank’s executive management is to take action for damages against the broadcaster, France 2, and the production company, Coyote Conseil.

The biased presentation of the facts, as portrayed in the report, is harmful to the bank’s image and casts a slur on the 24,000 LCL employees and their constant commitment to their customers.
