Strategic Ambition 2020

PMT 2020

On 9 March 2016, the Crédit Agricole Group presented its new Medium-Term Plan: “Strategic Ambition 2020”, which follows on from “Crédit Agricole 2016” and also forms part of the 2010 Group Project. The plan conveys Crédit Agricole’s extensive ambitions to address the new challenges that are emerging, against the backdrop of major change.

Implementation of the plan will capitalise on our strengths: our solid cooperative and mutualist roots, a universal customer-focused banking model with the branch networks of the 39 Regional Banks, LCL, international retail banks and powerful specialised business lines, market-leading positions strengthened year after year in all of our business lines, the expertise of our men and women and our resolute commitment in terms of corporate social responsibility.
