This reflects growth of 5% over 12 months, three times faster than the market average. Since 2008, Pacifica has been adding a million new policies each year. This growth trend, which is the outcome of the joint activity of the Crédit Agricole Regional Banks and LCL, has propelled Crédit Agricole Assurances to the top rank on the French non-life insurance market by net growth. In line with the policy choices of the Group project, Pacifica’s corporate project aims to pursue this same growth trend, which goes hand-in-hand with high customer satisfaction and recommendation ratios.
