Crédit du Maroc

Crédit du Maroc offers a comprehensive range of retail banking and corporate and investment banking services.

With 333 branches, Crédit du Maroc is a top-ranking Moroccan financial institution. It has three main business lines: retail banking, corporate and investment banking and asset management. The good fit between these businesses represents a major commercial advantage and ensures financial solidity.

A comprehensive offering

Crédit du Maroc has come a long way since it was set up in 1929. It has built its network carefully, and has strongly developed its employees’ skills in its main business lines, enabling it to meet the needs of its personal, small business and corporate customers. Crédit du Maroc has a profitable growth policy based on selective organic business development. It also boasts strong innovation skills, and is fully focused on customer satisfaction.
Through a local organisation that offers integrated, multi-channel access to services (branches, electronic banking and online services), Crédit du Maroc offers a comprehensive range of banking products and services to personal, small business and corporate customers. These include savings and investments, consumer finance, personal loans and mortgages, payment instruments, insurance and advisory services.
To provide its customers with the local service they need, Crédit du Maroc has a network of over 278 branches throughout Morocco, along with 160 ATMs.

To serve customers more efficiently, it is rapidly rolling out its network of automated branches. The bank also has an international presence, with locations in France, the Netherlands and Italy, and has relationships with more than 700 banking correspondents worldwide.
Given the increasingly complex issues faced by companies when deciding how to finance their growth, Crédit du Maroc is able to put all of its resources to use when dealing with their requirements, offering advice, financing and business development assistance.
Crédit du Maroc has decided to step up its growth, with a target of becoming one of Morocco’s top 5 banks by 2010. In 2007, the network expanded rapidly, with 30 new branch openings. It improved existing products and launched innovative niche products as well. In retail banking, Crédit du Maroc is also developing strong commercial synergies with LCL.
