We have implemented the widespread strategy of working in concert and dialogue, and encouraging everyone to be involved in order to support innovation and a forward-looking approach among employees. This reflects our beliefs in terms of corporate social responsibility.
Supporting a participatory approach is one of the commitments made by Executive Management in 2011. In order to achieve this, we have set up online communities:
“Talented young people”, comprising people on work-based training contracts and interns;
a community for remote workers offering them the opportunity to discuss their experiences via blogs;
"MIKE" for training managers at subsidiaries and the Regional Banks. The aim is to encourage sharing of best practices such as virtual classrooms, serious games etc.
Outside France, Cariparma has also entered into a dialogue with its employees via working parties, to provide a forum for discussing economic issues and sustainable development.
