Regional Banks
The 39 Crédit Agricole Regional Banks are co-operative entities and fully-fledged banks.
Each Regional Bank is administered by a Board of Directors, a Chairman, who is elected, and by Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed and is not a director.

FNCA is a forum for exchanging views and for consultation on the Group's main strategy directions.
It is managed by a 20-member Federation Office (Bureau Fédéral).
