As part of its general compensation policy, individual Pacifica customers already benefit from a “zero deductible” after three claim-free years. This applies to around 50% of customers insured with Crédit Agricole. Exceptionally, Pacifica has decided to extend this mechanism to all individual customers who have sustained damage from Klaus and who are insured through Crédit Agricole and did not benefit from the deductible.
