Thierry Breton, the French minister of the economy, finance and industry, presented Crédit Agricole with Mieux Vivre Votre Argent's 2006 Corbeille d'Or award at a ceremony held at the Paris Stock Exchange on 28 September 2006. This prize is recognition for the performances posted over a year by the bank's entire range of SICAV and FCP* mutual funds, which ranked first among all French retail banks.

This is not the first prize that Crédit Agricole collected during the year, a period in which it delivered both strong performance and innovation. In addition to the 2006 Corbeille d'Or, the bank's Atout Vivactions fund picked up the Special Judges Award for Innovation from Agefi Actifs in June. These prizes underline the progress made by Crédit Agricole Asset Management in its constant quest for performance and innovation.

*Annual award, for which only retail banks are eligible. Prize awarded based on the entire SICAV and FCP mutual fund range sold in range and recorded in Europerformance's database, excluding any ETFs. Performances are measured and recorded as on the last Friday in August. Past performance is not linear over time and is not a definite guide to future performance.
