The 4th Integrated Report of Crédit Agricole SA is evolving to better inform our stakeholders by giving a holistic vision of our strategy, our business model, and our contribution to society in order to meet the economic, societal and environmental challenges that surround us.
It is fully in line with the Group's project and 2022 Medium-Term Plan
What is an integrated report?
The integrated report is a synthetic, forward-looking and strategic document aimed at all stakeholders: investors, employees, customers, NGOs, the general public, etc.
"Integrated" because it combines the strategic objectives of the company with an analysis of its financial and non-financial performance.
It was built following the guidelines of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and is based on a process of continuous improvement.
It relates to the scope of Crédit Agricole S.A. - namely Crédit Agricole S.A. (UES) and its subsidiaries - but also mentions, when useful, information relating to the Group's policies and action plans.
