Amundi lists 15 additional ETFs on Borsa Italiana, reinforcing its presence in Italy

Amundi ETF is reinforcing its presence on the Italian market with the listing of 15 additional ETFs, increasing the total number of its products available on Borsa Italiana to 60.

This range significantly develops Amundi ETF’s offer on Borsa Italiana while remaining consistent with its policy of competitive pricing:

  • 6 equity ETFs, providing investors with wider geographical exposure. This range includes two products which replicate the flagship indices, the FTSE MIB®, S&P 500® and NASDAQ-100®. All three ETFs offer the lowest TER (Total Expense Ratio) on Borsa Italiana.*
  • 8 fixed income ETFs which include a complete range of Euro zone government bond ETFs offering investors exposure to a wide range of maturities from 3 months to 15 years. These products replicate the EuroMTS Euro zone Government Broad indices whether the trend is rising or falling, enabling investors to take positions on the Eurozone bond yield curve. This listing also includes an innovative ETF** that seeks to replicate the performance of the EuroMTS ex-AAA Government® Index, offering an exposure to debt securities issued by the Euro zone member states with a rating lower than “AAA” (or a lower equivalent rating to S&P, Moody's and Fitch).
  • 1 money market ETF, enabling an exposure to the EuroMTS Eonia Investable® Index which is the Euro zone money market reference.

Valérie Baudson, Managing Director of Amundi ETF comments: “The listing of these 15 ETFs confirms Amundi ETF’s dedication to the Italian market and the acceleration of its European development. The two ETFs aiming to replicate the FTSE MIB®, S&P 500® and the NASDAQ-100® offered with the lowest TER* on the market demonstrate once again our capacity to offer quality products at competitive prices”.

Gabriele Tavazzani, Joint-chief Executive Officer of Amundi SGR, comments: “Amundi SGR now offers a wide range of ETFs to meet Italian institutional investors’ needs for both diversification and portfolio allocation. This latest listing confirms that Amundi SGR is one of the most innovative and competitive players in terms of costs on the Italian market.”

Thierry Ancona, Head of Client Global Coverage, Executive Vice President, CA Cheuvreux, adds: “The launch of these 15 new ETFs on Borsa Italiana reinforces CA Cheuvreux’s presence on the Italian market, ranked first in terms of transaction volume. The quality and diversity of the Amundi ETF range combined with the strength of our Execution Services offer positions CA Cheuvreux as a key market player.”
