Appointment Nathalie Palladitcheff

 

Nathalie Palladitcheff, a member of Icade’s executive committee in charge of finance, legal affairs, IT and the property services division, has been co-opted as a new independent director and member of the audit committee on Crédit Agricole CIB’s Board of Directors.

 

Ms Palladitcheff began her career with Coopers & Lybrand Audit from 1991 to 1997, in the banking audit department. She then joined Banque Française Commerciale de l’Océan Indien from 1997-2000 as head of financial affairs and management audit, before becoming deputy managing director of Société Foncière Lyonnaise de Paris in 2000. In 2006, she became managing director of Dolmea Real Estate - part of the Axa Group - before joining Icade in 2007 as a member of the executive committee in charge of finance, legal affairs and IT, as well as head of the property services division as of 2010.

 

Since June 2012, she has been a director at Silic and Qualium Investment.

 

Ms Palladitcheff is a graduate of ESC Dijon business school and holds DESCF and DECF diplomas in accounting and finance. She has been awarded the title of “Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Mérite” in France.
