François Lory has joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity as Director within the small cap LBO & Expansion team.
The small cap team, headed by Eric Pencréac’h, consists of four investment experts: Laurent Espic (Partner), François Lory (Director), Fabrice Crabié (Associate) and Bertrand Dupray (Analyst).
The small cap team works with companies valued between €5 million and €30 million within the framework of expansion capital and minority or majority buyouts. It manages two funds, LCL Régions Développement and CAPE Régions Expansion, which invest single amounts of €2 million to €6 million.
François Lory, age 37, is a qualified financial analyst and member of the SFAF, and holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky (Lexington) and a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
He began his career in 1998 at CIC Finance in M&A advisory and then private equity. In 2005, he became joint head of management of "FIP" local investment funds at Crédit Mutuel / CIC.
