Appointments

Paris, 25th June 2013 – two CEOs have been appointed in CA Consumer Finance Group.

- In Italy :

Agos Ducato’s Board of Directors held in July the 23rd named Dominique Pasquier as Managing Director.

This appointment follows an agreement signed on 7 May 2013 between the two shareholders, relating in particular to the adoption of a new business plan for 2013-17 and the €450 million capital increase for Agos Ducato

- In France :

Stéphane Priami has been appointed CEO France.

In France, which represents CA Consumer Finance’s largest market, a new organisation putting innovation, customer satisfaction and efficiency first was also implemented. It will respond to the current environment, which, through regulatory changes, customer demands and new channels for recruiting customers, has fundamentally changed.

Biographies

Dominique Pasquier – Managing Director of Agos Ducato
Dominique Pasquier began his career in 1982 at the Centre-Est Regional Bank as Organiser. From 1993 to 1999, he was Sales Director in three Regional banks : Crédit Agricole Beauce et Perche, Crédit Agricole Val de France and Crédit Agricole Centre-Est. In 1999, he became Head of Marketing of Crédit Agricole Centre-Est. Then he was appointed in 2003 Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole du Gard. Since 2007, Dominique Pasquier was Deputy CEO in charge of management and operations of Credit Agricole Languedoc.

Stéphane Priami – CEO France of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance
He began his career in the sales network of Banque Populaire in 1982, before joining Crédit Agricole Ile de France in 1987. In 1989, he joined Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole before moving to General Inspection and then becoming head of Distribution Channels. Starting in 1999, he worked at the Aquitaine Regional Bank, where he held several functions: Head of Marketing-Communications-Remote banking, Director of Finance, Director of Distribution. In 2003, he was named Deputy CEO in charge of Development at the Savoie Regional Bank. Since 2011, he was LCL’s Head of IT Systems and Property.
