Marc Carlos appointed Head of Payment Systems and Services
Marc Carlos began his career at the Ministry of Industry and Research in 1984. He joined Borie SAE as a business engineer (1987-1989) and became Project Manager at SAE (1989-1992). He subsequently served as Chief Executive of the Lacroix group (1992-1997) and its subsidiary Duarib (1994-1997), Chairman of the Management Board of Sofrel (1998-2001) and Chairman of the Management Board of Eurofactor (2001-2006). From 1 January 2007 to the present, Marc Carlos was Head of International Retail Banking at Crédit Agricole S.A. He is also a member of Crédit Agricole S.A.'s Executive Committee.
Mr Carlos is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and a Corps des Mines engineer.

Pierre Deheunynck appointed Head of Group Human Resources
Pierre Deheunynck began his career at BSN - Danone in 1986, occupying various posts in the human resources function both in France and abroad. In 2000 he was appointed head of human resources for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore. From 2005 to the present, he served as Senior Vice President of People & Organisation Development, a division that manages development and learning, human capital and executive skilling, and human resources policy and information systems. He is also a member of Crédit Agricole S.A.'s Executive Committee.
Mr Deheunynck holds a law degree from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
