Following the acquisition of Monné-Decroix by Crédit Agricole Immobilier, the following appointments have been made:
Bernard Michel, 59, Head of Property, Purchasing and Logistics and Chairman of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Bernard Michel has been a member of Crédit Agricole S.A.'s Executive Committee since June 2003. He is also Chairman of Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
Joining CNCA (now Crédit Agricole S.A.) in 1996 as Corporate Secretary, Bernard Michel was appointed Deputy CEO in November 1998, a position he held until June 2003. In that capacity, he was in charge of the Technology, Logistics and Banking Services Division. Mr Michel began his career with the National Taxation Office and then at the National Audit Office of the Ministry of Finance, where he performed audit and control assignments, before joining GAN in 1987 and then CIC in 1994.
Robert Monné, 57, has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board.
After gaining a sciences degree, Robert Monné set up Monné-Decroix in 1979 with Jean-Claude Decroix. Mr Monné remains a shareholder in the company, and was Chairman of the Supervisory Board until it was acquired by Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
Olivier Wigniolle, 44, CEO of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Management Board.
Olivier Wigniolle began his career in 1985 with Arthur Andersen. He has held various positions in property companies (Auguste Thouard, SARI, DTZ Jean Thouard and Bouygues Immobilier).
Mr Wigniolle was previously Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Société Foncière Lyonnaise, before being appointed CEO of Crédit Agricole Immobilier in October 2005.
Jean-Pierre Gauffier, 60, CEO of Unimo, has been appointed to the Management Board alongside Charles Thomas, 57 and Stéphane Aubay, 37.
After working as Head of Development Programmes at Cogedim until 1983, Jean-Pierre Gauffier joined BAPH (OCIL group) as Head of Operations until 1987. He then became Deputy CEO of GEFIC Promotion (Suez group) until 1995, when he took charge of Crédit Agricole Immobilier's property development subsidiary.
