APPOINTMENTS

Jean-Yves Hocher, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB, has carried out the following appointments:
- Régis Monfront joined the General Management team on 1 October 2011 to lead Crédit Agricole CIB’s transformation project within the framework of the adaptation plan of Crédit Agricole to the new environment presented on 28 September 2011.
- Jean-Pierre Trémenbert has been appointed General Inspector of Crédit Agricole CIB starting 7 November 2011. He is based in Paris and reports directly to Jean-Yves Hocher, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB. He also has a line reporting relationship with Michel Le Masson, General Inspector of Crédit Agricole Group.
- Jean-François Deroche has been appointed Senior Regional Officer for the Americas region and US Senior Country Officer starting 1 November 2011. He is based in New York and reports directly to Thierry Simon, Head of Coverage and Investment Banking.
- Jacques Prost has been appointed Head of Structured Finance starting 8 November 2011. In this position he replaces Jean-François Marchal. He is based in Paris and reports directly to Pierre Cambefort, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB.
- Pierre Moraillon has been appointed Manager of Institutional and Public Affairs, Adviser alongside the General Management, starting 1 November 2011.

BACKGROUNDS

RÉGIS MONFRONT
Régis Monfront joined Banque Indosuez in 1981, working at the Risk Management Division in Paris, then as Head of Large Corporates in Chicago, Director of Asset Based Financing in New York and then as Director of Equity Risk in Paris. From 1997 to 2000, he managed Indosuez WI Carr Securities Hong Kong. In 2002, he was appointed Senior Country Officer for Crédit Agricole Indosuez and then for Crédit Agricole CIB (the former Calyon) in the UK. Since 2010, Régis Monfront was General Inspector of Crédit Agricole CIB.

Régis Monfront is a graduate of HEC and has a law degree from the University of Sceaux.
JEAN-PIERRE TRÉMENBERT
Jean-Pierre Trémenbert has spent his entire career at Banque Indosuez, later named Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI). He joined the bank in 1980 at the risks department and then at the budget and asset management department. In 1987, he moved to bond markets, then the franc-denominated markets division and later carried out various duties within the risk management division. In late 1997 he was appointed Head of Market Risks. In 2001, he moved to CPR where he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and in 2003, he participated in the merger of CAI with the corporate and investment bank of Crédit Lyonnais. Since 2004, Jean-Pierre Trémenbert has successively managed the Financing and Payment division at Crédit Agricole CIB (the former Calyon) and the Organisation and Project Management division. Jean-Pierre Trémenbert was the Chief Administrative Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB since 2008.
Jean-Pierre Trémenbert is a graduate of HEC and CEA (Centre d'Études Actuarielles).
JEAN-FRANCOIS DEROCHE
Jean-François Deroche started his career at Crédit Lyonnais in 1982, where he held a number of positions. He was Head of Customer relations for the Paris region, then a Senior Banker at Crédit Lyonnais New York, before becoming Manager of Crédit Lyonnais Boston. He was Account Relations Manager at Clinvest Paris from 1989 to 1992. In 1992, he was appointed Head of Investment Banking and Marketing Division of Crédit Lyonnais Securities Japan. He became Global Head of Counterparty Risk for Capital Markets in 1996. From 1999 to 2001, he was Head of Crédit Lyonnais Securities Japan in Tokyo and Head of Capital Markets Japan. Then from 2001 to 2004, Jean-François Deroche was Global Head of Debt Capital Markets in Paris. In 2004 he became a member of the DMC Management Committee at Crédit Agricole CIB (the former Calyon). In 2005 he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer for Markets and Brokers. Starting in 2007 he was Head of Fixed Income Markets for the Americas region.
Jean-François Deroche is a graduate of IEP (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris) and holds a law degree.

JACQUES PROST
Jacques Prost began his career at the Corporate Department of Crédit Lyonnais London (1986-1988). He moved to Banque Paribas in 1988, successively occupying various positions at the European Property Finance Division and the Project Finance Division. In 1996 he was appointed Head of Paribas Project Finance in Milan. He returned to Crédit Agricole Group in 2000, where he became head of Structured Finance at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Italy, comprising LBO activities, project finance and finance in areas such as telecommunications, transport and property. From 2008 to 2011, he was Head of Real Estate and Lodging within the Structured Finance Division at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Jacques Prost is a graduate of IEP (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris) and holds a Master’s degree (DESS) in Financial Markets from University Paris-Dauphine.
PIERRE MORAILLON
Pierre Moraillon started his career in 1977 at Crédit Agricole before joining CNIH (biotechnologies) in 1979, where he was first Deputy Chief Executive Officer, then Chief Executive Officer. In 1989 he moved to Sopexa, first as Deputy CEO until 1993, then as CEO between 1996 and 1998. Meanwhile, from 1993 to 1996, he was Deputy Director of the Minister of Agriculture’s personal staff. In 1998 he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saint-Louis Sucre, then in 2001 Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of European agribusiness leader Cérestar (Eridania-Beghin Say-Edisson Group). In 2003, Pierre Moraillon joined the Executive Management of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, where he was Head of International Relations within the Treasury General Management. From 2006 to 2008, he was Managing Director in charge of the Global Consumer Group at the investment banking division, covering several sectors: consumer goods and specialty retail, agribusiness and distribution, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and hotels and leisure. Since 2008, Pierre Moraillon has been Head of Group Coverage Projects within the Coverage and Investment Banking division.
Pierre Moraillon holds an MBA from HEC and a doctorate in Finance and Marketing from University Paris-Dauphine.
