CA Consumer Finance develops an app and a mobile site for holders of Sofinco’s Réserve Couleurs® revolving credit card
Holders of Réserve Couleurs®, a Sofinco-branded revolving credit card, now have access to a mobile site (monsofinco.mobi) and an iPhone app (« Sofinco AppliCouleurs ») to manage their account wherever they are. Free of charge, these mobile interfaces can also be used to locate a partner store and take advantage of special offers on-site.
Universal access with an app and a mobile site
To allow Réserve Couleurs® customers with a mobile phone to access their personal area, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance has developed an iPhone app, “Sofinco AppliCouleurs”, downloadable free from the Apple App Store, and a mobile site, “monsofinco.mobi”, for web-enabled mobile phones.
Manage your account on the move
Two more examples of customer-driven innovation, the app and the site enable cardholders to manage their accounts and use their cash while on the move. Users can perform tasks such as checking their card balance, displaying pending transactions and requesting a credit transfer.
