Crédit Agricole Assurances lets the "Tivoli" real estate complex to the Covéa group for its new headquarters

Crédit Agricole Assurances, which owns the 22,000 sq.m "Tivoli" real estate complex on Rue Saint Lazare in Paris' 9th arrondissement, is able to confirm its letting to the Covéa group.

The Covéa group is leasing the "Tivoli" real estate complex for its new headquarters. Located at 88 rue Saint-Lazare, this 22,000 sq.m site will enable it to consolidate the Paris-based offices of its Group Functions, paving the way for the development of synergies and cooperation between its three brands MAAF, MMA and GMF.

This flagship operation for Paris' central business district has been fully renovated and will be BREEAM Very Good and LEED Gold certified on delivery at the end of April 2014, while also targeting HQE Exploitation certification. This is in line with Crédit Agricole Assurances' drive to get its investment and operational real estate portfolio certified. To date, 20% of all its office space is covered by an environmental certificate and/or label.

The "Tivoli" real estate complex has a company restaurant, club area and auditorium, as well as 170 parking spaces and an outstanding 850 sq.m garden in the heart of Paris.

On this transaction, Crédit Agricole Assurances is being represented by Crédit Agricole Immobilier and BNP Paribas Real Estate, with Covéa represented by Covéa Immobilier and advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
