Predica’s Corporate Market Department obtains ISO 9001:2008 certification
The Corporate Market Department of Predica, a Crédit Agricole Assurances subsidiary, has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification from AFNOR following the rollout of a quality management system for savings and collective retirement plans.
The certification validates the Corporate Market Department’s decision to implement analysis tools and indicators aimed at strengthening quality management and risk control, with a view to increasing the satisfaction of its clients, including small- and medium-size companies and industries and key accounts.
Predica obtained initial ISO 9001 certification in December 2009 at its Customer Quality Department, demonstrating its aim to continuously improve quality and operating performance for the benefit of its clients.
