Youssef Dib has been named Head of Private Banking of Crédit Agricole Suisse. His experience and expertise will prove invaluable in consolidating and developing Crédit Agricole Suisse's position in private banking, which has been its main business for more than 130 years.

Mr Dib has over 25 years' experience in banking and finance, with a career that has taken him to New York, Paris, Hong Kong and Geneva. Having worked for PaineWebber International, which became UBS, and Banque Banorabe, he was at Paribas then BNP Paribas from 1991 to 2009. At BNP Paribas, he initially assumed various responsibilities in investment banking, financial engineering, property and M&A. Over the past ten years, he has assumed worldwide roles in private banking: on wealth management services, then marketing and upper segments of private banking clientele. He was also a sponsor of BNP Paribas' philanthropic programme.

Aged 48, Mr Dib is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He is a trustee of several foundations and chairman and co-founder of the foundation Vivre Ensemble, which is under the auspices of the Fondation de France network. He is also a member of the Global Philanthropists Circle.
