Marie-Hélène ALBERTINI-MEUNIER, Executive Vice President of SOFINCO
Marie-Hélène Meunier began her career in 1974 in the civil service where she was a project manager, firstly within the Languedoc-Roussillon Interministerial Mission and then the Town and Country Planning Department. In 1986, she joined GAN (Groupe des Assurances Nationales) where she held several positions, in particular that of Research and Development Department Manager.
Having joined Sofinco in 1995 as the Communications and Marketing Director, she was appointed Central Director for Marketing and Networks in 2001, and then Chief Operating Officer in charge of Sofinco's French Operations in 2004. Marie-Hélène Albertini-Meunier is 55 and holds an MA in history.
Christophe GRAVE, Chief Operating Officer in charge of SOFINCO's International operations
After working initially as a strategic consultant for Mercer Management, Christophe Grave held various positions in the Pargesa-Lambert Brussels Group from 1987 to 1992, and then in the Comipar Group from 1992 to 1996, where, in particular, he held the position of Managing Director of Sicomi Locafinancière.
Christophe Grave joined Crédit Agricole en 1996. Initially a project manager under the Managing Director of the CNCA, notably in relation to external growth transactions, he took over management of the Branches and Holdings Department (acquisitions and transfers of branches and holdings, plus account and fiscal management of the portfolio). In 2003, he was appointed Assistant Director of the Specialised Financial Services Department.
Christophe Grave is 49 and holds a degree from the Ecole Polytechnique and an MBA from Harvard.
César PAIVA, Chief Operating Officer in charge of SOFINCO's French operations
Before taking up his career in consulting, César Paiva was in charge of recruiting executives for the Venezuelan branch of Procter & Gamble. In 1990, he joined Mercer Management Consulting, a strategic consultancy, as a consultant, before being appointed a partner in 1998. Following Mercer's merger with Oliver Wyman & Co in 2003, he was appointed manager of the Paris office of Mercer Oliver Wyman (MOW), a company specialising in financial services. During his 16 years of experience in consultancy, César Paiva has overseen projects involving the majority of the aspects of retail banking and consumer credit, in all the major European countries as well as in North America.
César Paiva is 42 and holds an engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD.
