Biography 

Marc Oppenheim began his career in 1985 with Thomson Grand Public as assistant to the CFO. In 1989, he joined Compagnie Générale Maritime as assistant to the Marketing Director in London, and was assigned to the project to set up a network of agents in Asia in 1991. He joined Crédit Lyonnais in 1993 as an auditor, before becoming project manager and assistant supervisor of the Internal Audit department. He was then appointed Head of the Retail Branches division in Saint-Denis (1997), then Head of Individual and Professional Markets (1999). He then headed the multi-channel contact centres in Paris in 2001 as part of the project to set up call centers for personal and professional banking. He was then put in charge of the Operations division for the back offices for the same banking markets, and of managing the electronic banking and estate planning processes. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Project Ownership and Processes at LCL, reporting to the Deputy CEO. In 2007, he joined Crédit Agricole S.A. as Head of Personal Market, then Head of International Retail Banking in 2010. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CA Immobilier.

Marc Oppenheim is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (1988).
