Crédit Agricole created the Crédit Agricole Pays de France Foundation in 1979 to extend its role as a banker committed to local and regional development by rolling out initiatives favouring local heritage.

Through the combined actions of the Crédit Agricole Pays de France Foundation, recognised as operating in the public interest, over 1,200 projects have been supported for a total of more than €37 million in funding.
