The Crédit Agricole S.A. Group Purchasing Department
TThe Crédit Agricole S.A. Group Purchasing Department establishes the purchasing policy, implements referencing programmes and all the operational processes and rules, shares purchasing information with Group entities, and coordinates expenditure through its “Easy” ITpurchasing system. All of these rules are then implemented by each of the Group's entities.
The Crédit Agricole S.A. Group Purchasing Department (DAG) reports directly to Michel Ganzin, Deputy General Manager of Crédit Agricole S.A. responsible for the Operations and Transformation Division. It represents the entities of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group in the operations for which it is responsible and contributes to the operations for which the entities are responsible.
The Purchasing Business Line has 150 Groupe Crédit Agricole S.A. purchasing employees, reporting to Sylvie Robin-Romet, Head of Purchasing, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group.
