Teddy Riner, Crédit Agricole's Judo and Sports ambassador
The Group, through LCL, has been sponsoring the French Judo Federation (FFJ) for over 30 years, and has now decided to continue its commitment to this sport under the Crédit Agricole brand. With Chairman of Crédit Agricole S.A. and FNCA Chairman Dominique Lefebvre, FFJ Chairman J.L. Rougé, Philippe Brassac, Jack Bouin, François Thibault and Raphaël Appert attending, a four-year sponsorship deal was signed with both FFJ and Olympic medal-winner Teddy Riner, who is to become ambassador. Crédit Agricole's commitment to sports is to promote the universal values of sport, as a good partner to its customers – especially the younger ones, being the leading bank for young persons. Crédit Agricole supports over 15 sports disciplines, both locally through the Regional Banks and, nationwide as sponsor of tous les footballs for over forty years.
