Crédit Agricole S.A. awarded 2017 Grand Prix de la Transparence
The Grands Prix de la Transparence [Transparency Awards] reward SBF 120 companies for the quality of their regulatory information. At last night's eighth award ceremony, Crédit Agricole S.A. won the 2017 Grand Prix de la Transparence for its annual guidance document.
The Transparence study looks at four items presenting regulatory information: the annual guidance document, code of conduct, website and General Shareholders' Meeting brochure. An independent scientific committee measures the accessibility, accuracy, comparability and availability of the documents. Crédit Agricole S.A. Deputy General Manager in charge of Group Finance Jérôme Grivet received the trophy on behalf of all the teams from the Crédit Agricole S.A. Divisions that contributed to this success: Finance, Risks, Human Resources, Sustainable Development, Legal Affairs, General Secretariat, and Group Communications.
