This was the keynote for the Cariparma CA Group Convention, held on October 7 at Milan to get an update on the Ambizione Italia 2020 Medium Term Plan and its key projects, especially customer relations and multi-channel capabilities, HR and changes to the Group's branding.
Some 5,000 employees in-house were able to discover Cariparma CA Group's new brand, "Crédit Agricole", with the CA logo to highlight the fact that it is part of the Group. In a videogram, Crédit Agricole S.A. CEO Philippe Brassac spoke to stress the importance of Italy to the Crédit Agricole group.
Ariberto Fassati, Chairman of Cariparma CA and Giampiero Maioli, CEO of Cariparma CA and SCO Groupe in Italy, reiterated the major objectives and challenges to come.
