Crédit Agricole S.A. historical archives featured at symposium in the USA.
A symposium organised by the European Association for Banking and Financial History and the US Federal Reserve is to run today and tomorrow in the USA at Saint Louis. The sources of work on systemic risk and the Great Depression of the 1930s will be presented, among others. Banque de France economist and Paris School of Economics lecturer Eric Monnet's talk reveals the interest of the Crédit Lyonnais Economic Studies Division's archives, with their analyses of banking and economic activity in France and worldwide since the 1850s. A video presents these documents and the work of making use of the archives.
