Crédit Agricole supports SERAP in Brazil
CA Ouest Entrepreneurs* asked SODICA Corporate Finance to organise with its Brazilian contact "Viability & Finance" to provide support for the French group SERAP's acquisition of the Brazilian company Plurinox.
SERAP is the leading French manufacturer of refrigerated milk tanks, and no. 3 worldwide. This customer of Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine is active in 80 countries.
With facilities in India and Mexico, SERAP found in Plurinox a geographical diversification for its own activities.
This transaction was financed in part by Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine, which centralised all the flows. The International Support Hub, based at Crédit Agricole CIB, opened the holding company's account with the help of its Latin America International Desk in Brazil.
The Laval Corporate Business Centre (CA Anjou Maine) coordinated all the forces in operation.
* CA Ouest Entrepreneurs is a new structure, common to the Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée and Anjou Maine Regional Banks, which brings together the investment bank business lines.
