DC Advisory ranks LCL no. 1 for LBO debts of €15 – 250 million in 2016
LBOs are operations in which a company is purchased by a financial sponsor, and they are mainly financed through debt. In 2016, LCL arranged 70 LBOs as lead and 160 in total. This success is mainly based on the relationship banking model of LCL Banque des Entreprises, the bank for one in three intermediate-sized enterprises, the responsiveness of its teams, and their acknowledged expertise in the market. As a result, LCL topped the 2016 DC Advisory's ranking for LBO operations of €15 – 250 million as lead* for the 3rd year in a row.
