FReD's 5th anniversary celebrates roots in the Group

FReD is a collective success after just five years' existence. It has created an approach that involves the entire Crédit Agricole S.A. Group, making it a sector leader in climate finance and underpinning notable advances in the other aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The FReD programme is based on three pillars - FIDES for customer relations and trust; RESPECT for employees and the corporate ecosystem; and DEMETER for preservation of the planet - detailed in 19 commitments. FReD is a progress measurement and management system through which the CSR policy is deployed in a participative way in 13 entities of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group*, which implement it through specific portfolios, each composed of 15 concrete actions. Since FReD was created, 600 tasks have been completed and 160 are in progress. Every day, 8,000 employees are involved in carrying out FReD actions.
