First wood panel fitted to BBCA-certified Noisiel Student Residence

Instead of laying the first stone of the Le Luzard II student residence, Crédit Agricole Immobilier is to symbolically lay down a wood panel today at Noisiel, near Paris. This building with 230 studios was built for EFIDIS and its STUDEFI student housing brand. It is made of prefabricated wooden panels that are outfitted at the factory. This innovative construction method means that the programme is one of the first 15 BBCA-certified (low-carbon) buildings in France. Construction will be cleaner, faster and feature an unrivalled carbon footprint. By May 2018, this lightweight, durable and fully recyclable construction solution will provide students with high-performance noise and energy insulation.
