Strong position from Crédit Agricole Group with new Private Data Charter
In support of its Customer Project, the Crédit Agricole Group has chosen to implement a Private Data Charter, to take effect in early 2017.
This charter, which is the result of reflections on the use of private data, is one of the strong relationship commitments of the "Ambition Stratégique 2020" Medium Term Plan.
It comes in response to changes in society, as well as in regulations, with the implementation in 2018 of a framework to improve protection for individuals' private data.
With ever-increasing use of digital technology and data mining, this Charter will differentiate the Group's market positioning. through five underlying principles, which will reassure customers and disseminate best practices to employees of the Group's entities, in accordance with our values.
