CABP launches “Support for you” to help customers during the coronavirus epidemic

CABP Offre - Credit Agricole Bank Polska has introduced facilities for its customers to help them during the epidemic period

Credit Agricole Bank Polska has introduced facilities for its customers to help them during the epidemic period. The “Support for You” package launched on 30 March includes free express transfers, a 1% refund on credit card payments at online shops and 0% instalment loans at partner shops.

Many of our customers are in a difficult situation and need support. We understand this and that is why we are helping them with their different needs,” says J?drzej Marciniak, CABP Vice-President.
Mindful of the financial security of clients, the bank has introduced the possibility of deferring the repayment of loan instalments for six months. Electronic applications can be submitted by companies and individual clients whose economic situation has clearly deteriorated due to the current epidemic.
All holders of CABP personal accounts are exempt from fees for Express Elixir transfers, enabling families and loved ones to transfer money quickly and free of charge 24-7. Holders of the bank’s credit cards will receive a 1% refund for each payment at online stores. The bank’s customers can also take advantage of a 0% instalment loan at over 200 online shops, as well as discounts of up to 50% in Poland's largest Discount Club at over 10,000 shops and service points nationwide.
We are seeking to help our customers in this difficult period and facilitate the use of banking. We are working on various solutions that allow them not just to save money but also to profit from transactions made with our cards. These seemingly small gestures can make everyday life easier. We want to be a friendly partner in this special situation in which we all find ourselves,” says J?drzej Marciniak.
