CACEIS simplifies customer access to the OLIS portal with its new Sherpa application
The new OLIS portal, “Where people meet Data”, launched at the beginning of March 2019, offers an optimised user experience, a version for tablets and a multi-activity dashboard. Customers enjoy simplified access to their data and a summary view of their portfolios and transactions (collection, tracking orders, NAV value lookup, etc.). Access to operational data is immediate, with a real-time delivery solution developed by CACEIS via a Big Data architecture.
Now CACEIS is simplifying access to its customer portal with the new OLIS Mobile Sherpa application, available from the Apple store and Google Play. It uses a professional email rather than a login and replaces the physical digipass used by customers until now. The connection by mobile telephone is authenticated by Touch ID*, Face lD** or PIN code***.
OLIS Mobile Sherpa joins the suite of CACEIS mobile applications already available: OLIS Mobile Funds, OLIS Mobile Shares and Olis Mobile Agro.
This ongoing improvement of the customer experience is an integral part of the CACEIS digital transformation programme, and stems from customer feedback via the CACEIS Innovation Lab launched last summer. This transformation will continue across all functionalities of the OLIS Customer Portal so that it becomes a collaborative work site between customers and the CACEIS teams.
