Which brand is gaining ground fastest among millennials?

YouGov has published its BrandIndex ranking of the brands that 18-34-year-olds find the most interesting. While Netflix has held onto first place, the fastest riser is Crédit Agricole, whose score has risen ten points. This result comes as recognition of the Bank’s strategic direction, with the Group aiming to “help young people fulfil their potential” and pursuing a number of associated initiatives: competitive tariffs, benefits for students set to spend time abroad, a dedicated platform for new business owners, job dating, and so on. There have also been a number of key communication campaigns over the past two years, particularly on social media.

YouGov is a market research firm established in the United Kingdom in 2000. It now has 31 offices in 21 countries, including France. BrandIndex is a tool for real-time, continuous monitoring of brands and the marketing and communication activities dedicated to them. In France, almost a thousand brands are assessed daily via a panel of 225,000 respondents.
