The 2016 CSR Survey aims to better track the changing opinions and expectations of employees and customers, as well as the public and some opinion-leaders, in respect of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.
Among its main findings:
- 93% of all employees think the Group's CSR commitment is important;
- 50% of them declared feeling motivated by the CSR policy, and singled out working conditions (or quality of life at work and work/life balance) as one of the highest priorities for a CSR programme, along with ethics and protecting private data.
Customers and the public both expect more robust cyber-security, protection of private data and ethics, as well as clearer products and pricing.
