2nd Crédit Agricole Group CSR survey

Before the start of summer, the Crédit Agricole S.A. Sustainable Development and Marketing divisions ran the second CSR Survey, with the help of CSA Institute.

The 2016 CSR Survey aims to better track the changing opinions and expectations of employees and customers, as well as the public and some opinion-leaders, in respect of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.
Among its main findings:

  • 93% of all employees think the Group's CSR commitment is important;
  • 50% of them declared feeling motivated by the CSR policy, and singled out working conditions (or quality of life at work and work/life balance) as one of the highest priorities for a CSR programme, along with ethics and protecting private data.

Customers and the public both expect more robust cyber-security, protection of private data and ethics, as well as clearer products and pricing.
