CACEIS collects €16,500 for Handicap International

As part of the Solidarity Days held on 9-18 June 2017, CACEIS organised its first connected solidarity race to benefit Handicap International. Almost 300 CACEIS employees from nine countries walked or ran 6,250 km, counted using an app, with every kilometre walked or run converted into donations to Handicap International. These funds are earmarked to provide schooling for highly-vulnerable children in Madagascar*.

More than one year after it was launched in France, this connected solidarity race was the first Group-level event for FAB'Life – the name given to all CACEIS activities on wellbeing and quality of life at work.

* The €16,500 donated made it possible for six children to attend school again, and provided 154 school kits, 12 wheelchairs and 59 pairs of crutches for the children
