Credit Agricole Bank Polska awarded for its CSR activity
Credit Agricole Bank Polska’s ‘Pack the backpack 4 back to school’ campaign was mentioned among the most interesting CSR initiatives according to the "Home & Market" economic magazine.
The "Home & Market" magazine presents every year the most interesting CSR initiatives in Poland. This year ‘Pack the backpack 4 back to school’ campaign was listed at Top 10 most interesting activities.
Initiated by CABP, the campaign has carried out accompanied with the 10 other companies in Wrocław. "Although we compete with each other in the field of business, we have recognized that charity activities for the benefit of the needy can be organized together. The cooperation of many companies gives better results than the action of each of them alone. This is probably the first initiative of this type in Poland" - says Przemysław Przybylski, CABP Corporate Communication Office Director.
“Pack the backpack” initiative consisted in preparing school starter kits for children from orphanages and foster families. At the beginning of July, CABP employees were encouraged to get involved in the project by raising money and preparing backpacks with school supplies. All the starter kits packed in school backpack were adapted to the gender and age of the child.
