Every year, 1.2 million French people use the bank account transfer service.

The free service, launched in February 2017, makes it easier to switch banks in France. All you have to do is ask your new bank and they will take care of all the formalities.

The number of start-ups from the Villages by CA network included in the FT120,

a “French Tech” support programme launched in September 2019 dedicated to fledgling businesses in the hypergrowth stage. The programme aims to help selected start-ups become European champions (and help boost momentum in the French labour market).

The worldwide rate of growth of organic farming by surface area in 2018, according to IFOAM statistics.

At the end of 2018, there were 71.5 million hectares of organically managed land worldwide. Between 2009 and 2018, the worldwide number of organic farmers increased by 55%. In France, 41,632 farmers grew organic crops on 2 million hectares of farmland in 2018, making it the number two country by number of organic farmers.
