THE ISSUE

Life episodes such as a redundancy, a divorce or an illness can lead to a risk of isolation and social and financial exclusion.

OUR RESPONSE

Above all a place for welcoming, mediation and assistance, the "Points Passerelles" solidarity system created by Crédit Agricole proposes practical financial solutions (restructuring debt and micro-credits, solidarity loans) and social solutions (a relay to other bodies, social mediation, budget education, etc.) in partnership with the social services.

While the Group naturally directs its customers to these satellites, the system remains open to all. In 2015, some 82 "Points Passerelle" bridges had been rolled out by 33 Regional Banks to help people having suffered from a life accident, such as a redundancy, divorce or death, and give them back their future. The "Points Passerelle" helped 12,350 people to return to a stable situation.

‘‘

Financial aid is not a priority. Instead our remit is to help people recover their dignity and self-confidence, making no judgements.
