How to promote female leadership?
The Crédit Agricole Group has since 2013 organised the Grand Prix Crédit Agricole Louise Tallerie prize, in which female students in their third-year of higher studies or completing Master’s degrees respond as a team to a strategic topic for the Group. The all-female competition gives innovative young women the opportunity to showcase their talent and ideas with Group managers and directors.
Prizes include mentoring for one year from a Group director, internship proposals, work-study contracts, and total prize money of €20,000.
