Our customers demonstrating signs of financial fragility can benefit from special diagnosis tools used to precisely assess their personal financial situation, on the basis of which we propose them adapted solutions. This advice is provided to them by the Customer Support Agency, launched in 2013 by Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.
