Teleworking: a response to new expectations

More than 1,000

The quality of life and well-being in the workplace are decisive issues for employees. The key focus today is on striking a balance between professional time and personal time.

Crédit Agricole S.A. signed an initial annual agreement in 2012 to facilitate the implementation of teleworking, along with its subsidiary SILCA (IT production EIG). The policy has now been launched at 9 group’s entities. The tests carried out by Crédit Agricole S.A. at its Montrouge campus near Paris have also confirmed the relevance of the new work organisation approach.

The teleworking policy is part of FReD, the Group's overarching policy to foster and continuously improve CSR initiatives.

Working from home, in a calm and familiar environment, makes it easier for me to concentrate. Making fewer commutes using public transport cuts down on the fatigue that builds up over the week.
