Crédit Agricole Immobilier - Real estate


David Chouraqui was appointed as Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Immobilier in charge of personal property services and the Square Habitat lead institution in January 2020.


David Chouraqui began his career in strategy and management consulting. In 2007, he was appointed as Director of e-business and ISD for the European subsidiaries of the Essilor group. He moved to the real estate sector in 2010, taking the helm of the Belvia Immobilier group, which he restructured and sold to the Citya group in 2016. In parallel, he became a member of CNTGI, the national council of real estate transactions and management, in 2014 and Chairman of Plurience, an organisation representing property management entities, in 2015. In 2017, he was named Chairman of the Board of the Videlio group.


David Chouraqui is a graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble and ESCP-Europe.
