Franck Hélary has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Immobilier since 2017.


Franck Hélary began his career in the Electronic Systems division at Thomson in 1992. He joined Bouygues Immobilier as Programme Manager in 1994, before becoming Head of Development for Ile-de-France. From 2000 to 2009, he contributed to Bouygues Immobilier’s expansion across France and was successively Head of the Basque Coast branch and Head of the North-West region. In 2009, Franck was appointed Chief Executive Officer (corporate officer) of Maisons ELIKA, a Bouygues Immobilier subsidiary specialised in affordable eco-friendly homes. He became Central Head of Sales and Client Relations for the France Housing division in 2011. In 2012, Franck was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Housing in Ile-de-France and joined the Bouygues Immobilier Executive Committee. He was also named Vice-President and member of the Supervisory Board of LOTICIS, a subsidiary specialised in housing developments.


Franck Hélary holds a Master’s degree in sales engineering and sales with purchase options from Paris XI university.
