Franck Hélary began his career in the Electronic Systems division at Thomson in 1992.
He joined Bouygues Immobilier as Programme Manager in 1994, before becoming Head of Development for Ile-de-France.
From 2000 to 2009, he contributed to Bouygues Immobilier’s expansion across France and was successively Head of the Basque Coast branch and Head of the North-West region.
In 2009, Franck was appointed Chief Executive Officer (corporate officer) of Maisons ELIKA, a Bouygues Immobilier subsidiary specialised in affordable eco-friendly homes.
He became Central Head of Sales and Client Relations for the France Housing division in 2011.
In 2012, Franck was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Housing in Ile-de-France and joined the Bouygues Immobilier Executive Committee. He was also named Vice-President and member of the Supervisory Board of LOTICIS, a subsidiary specialised in housing developments.
