Philippe Sersot began his career in services and industry (ESSO). He then created his own company before being named Head of Production at SOVAC and then at GE Capital following the acquisition of the latter by General Electric.
He joined Crédit Agricole in 2000 as Head of Production for the Capital Market business at Crédit Agricole Indosuez, contributing to the merger of the Capital Market and Investment Banking IT systems.
As part of Crédit Agricole’s buyout of Crédit Lyonnais, in 2004 he was appointed Head of Production at Crédit Agricole Indosuez and contributed to the review of the merger of IT production.
In 2005, he participated in the creation of SILCA as a member of the Management Committee.
He returned to CACIB in 2008 as Chief Technology Officer to contribute to the transformation of the IT Department.
In 2014, after contributing to the SILCA transformation study, he was named Deputy CEO of the company and, in 2019, Head of the SILCA Division at CA-GIP.
