Nicolas Tavernier joined Crédit Agricole Alpes de Haute-Provence in 1994 where, after a banking rotation, he joined the Human Resources Department. In 1998, he was involved in the organisational structuring of the Provence-Côte d’Azur Regional Bank, created by the merger of the Alpes Maritimes, Alpes de Haute-Provence and Var Regional Banks, where he became Head of Human Resources Development and Labour Relations. In 2004, he was appointed Human Resources Organisation and Development Manager at the National Federation of Crédit Agricole. In 2007, he joined Crédit Agricole Aquitaine as Retail Manager and then, in 2012, Crédit Agricole Normandie as Director of Finance, Performance Management and Logistical and Technological Resources. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Sud-Méditerranée.
