Crédit Agricole Bank Polska opens its first cash-free branch

Crédit Agricole Bank Polska opens its first cash-free branch

Located in the heart of Warsaw, Crédit Agricole Bank Polska’s new branch does not have a counter for depositing or withdrawing cash. Instead, such transactions are carried out in a self-service area fitted out with ATMs. Advisors can therefore dedicate all of their time to more complex transactions and to better meeting the needs of their customers by offering a personalised service.

This strategy constitutes a new phase in the construction of a modern bank in Poland and a response to changes in the way customers manage their finances. In January, the bank launched a special app for the automated opening of bank accounts. In April, it began offering its customers the option to use Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay systems (allowing you to make purchases without the need for your wallet or smartphone).
