Crédit Agricole S.A. 2025-2027 multi-year accessibility plan & Annual Action Plan 2025
Digital accessibility is at the heart of concerns related to the development or availability of websites or applications both for Crédit Agricole S.A.’s prospects and customers and its staff.
Crédit Agricole S.A. has drawn up its multi-annual digital accessibility plan combined with annual action plans, with the aim of supporting the RGAA (General Accessibility Standards) compliance and the gradual improvement of the websites and applications concerned.
The development, monitoring and updating of the multi-year plan is the responsibility of the Digital Team in charge within Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Technology Transformation, Data & AI and Group Communications Department.
